I have found Fleur De Lis Designs very informative and sensitive about the personal subject of ones family crest and what is portraying an individual's family history. I just wanted to thank you and your company for the VERY impressive print and image that you sent me. Not too often am I overly impressed with the quality of small business products but I can honestly say that I was very unexpectedly thrilled with the products that you provided. They arrived in very secure and sturdy packaging and included a nice presentation folder.
